blueseventy, the world's leading supplier of open water and triathlon wetsuits, has announced the hiring of John Duquette as Country Head for North America.
John previously worked for the company from 2007 through 2010 before joining the sales team at Orca for the 2011 season. "We're very pleased to have John back on the blueseventy team," said CEO Tim Moxey who came back to head the company 10 months ago. "He played a critical role in the growth and success of our brand when he was with us and we see his experience and leadership a tremendous asset as we look to take blueseventy to the next level."
As country manager, John will be responsible for all aspects of functions including: sales, logistics, finances, and the day-to-day operations of the business. "I'm really excited about this opportunity, " enthused Duquette. "blueseventy is known for making the fastest and most technical wetsuits in the industry and our 2012 suit range continues the tradition. The addition of our new triathlon clothing range and our continually strong presence in competitive swimming puts our company in a great position to solidify our name as the premier brand for triathletes and competitive swimmers."
