Previously, transactional attorney at Latham & Watkins; head of strategy and M&A at e-commerce firm EthnicGrocer (backed by Kleiner Perkins and Benchmark Capital); and global head of strategy and M&A at software firm Transora Inc. (backed by $250 million investment from The Coca-Cola Company, Procter & Gamble and other global consumer packaged goods firms).
